I have a 1997 Ford Expedition and the heat just stopped working. All the lines are getting warm but theres no heat. I replaced the heater core and the thermostat. What could it be?

All the fans are blowing and it works in every position except heat. Could it be the water pump?

If tge car is running really hot or overheating then yes, if not there may be air it the system
Are you saying the fans won't blow air when the controls are set to "heat"?

Every thing seems to be working fine its just not blowing hot air. The controls work in cold but not heat. It just went out. Could it be the radiator. The vehicle is not running hot at all.
I would purge the air out of the system by parking the car facing up hill and then idle the car with the radiator cap off until it is fully warm and with the heater on. Take the cap off with the engine COOL. Top it off and hopefully that fixes the problem.
Check the blend door actuator on top of blower box,it,s not flipping over to heat,this is common issue with this model.
