can any 1.8 transmissions from any eclipse fit my 2000 1.8 5spd mirage

It should fit since mitsubishi uses the parts for almost every car. ( keeps production costs low). Just make sure that the gearbox comes from the same type of engine . Ex. If you have a straight 4, then eclipse gearbox have to come from a straight four also. due to diffent moutnings on the straight 4 and V6
