Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Can't find any vaume leaks but engine races like

Saying your brakes don't feel right makes me think you have a ruptured diaphragm in the power brake booster. The booster utilizes vacuum from the engine intake and can cause a huge vacuum leak and fast idle. Pull the booster hose off and plug the vacuum with your thumb and see the engine idle down to normal. Then replace booster.
