No Crank! No start! Has full power

I have a 2002 oz rally I just changed my
master clutch an I disconnected the
terminals but in the process I accidently hit
the negative an positive terminal it caused a
spark but when I finished my master clutch
an plug the terminals in an it don't start but I
got full power to lights an radio, plz help me!!
