I have 2003 Mitshubishi Outlander. Started the car after shopping and could not start. Battery ok, and fuel full tank. Car cranked but could not start. Pls help

I have 2003 Mitsubishi Outlander. Started the car after shopping and could
not start. Battery ok, and fuel full tank, engine ok. Car cranked but could
not start.Towed the car to Mitsubishi  motors (dealer) and they said it was
the faulty fuel pump. They replaced a new fuel pump and car does not
start. Now they saying there is faulty in electrical system. They are working
on the car for almost a week and can not rectify the problem? Iam not sure
if they are diagnosing the problem correctly? The dealers are having
trouble to rectify the problem. Is there anyone that can  help or advise?

The same thing happened to me and it was a broke timing belt. I drove the car, cut it off and when I went back to restart, it wouldn't. The timing belt broke after I turned the car off and by me trying to crank it, the valves got bent. I had have the heads worked on and a new belt put on. I also went ahead and had the water pump replace in which you need to do also if it is the timing belt.
