My Mitsubishi Outlander died while driving it and I
replaced fuel pump and relays and fuses and it still
wont start its getting gas but wont start

If you know it's getting gas I'd check for spark. Is the starter turning over strong? Probably spot check your plugs/wires and then I'd check the ignition coil.
