Issues getting it to start

I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer OZ and I cant get to seem to start it on a regular
basis, I have got a new battery, got new battery cables, new starter, new spark plugs
and wires and replace the nuetral ignition switch. Other than getting having it rekeyed
again does anyone have any other ideas about what might be causing this issue? It
will eventually start but I have to put the key in turn it doesn't work take it out put it in
and turn it and try that until it eventually starts.

You seem to be fixated on the problem being electrical, but you may have a fuel pump that is losing it's prime and is ready to go out completely. Not all fuel pumps just die a quick death, some warn you in advance. When it doesn't want to start, turn music off and turn key on and listen for a whrirring sound coming from the back, if it lasts for more than two seconds before stopping look there for the problem.

if its not the switch , put a fuel filter on it..

The only reason that I am fixated on the problem being electrical and maybe I am wrong here but sometimes I will put it into nuetral give it a push and pop the cluctch to get it going and seems to start just fine. Now is that something that the fuel filter and pump would still cause issues with because if so I can try and change those out because I think its time for new ones anyway after 12 years.
