Starting problem

1983 mercury capri 5.0 Car wont crank when
i turn the key. I replaced icm starter  
solenoid. Ignition switch double checked all
my grounds replace the starter any idea

It did not need the clutch pushed in to start dose that chang things?

I don't know were its located. I also just replaced the clutch and it started doing this randomly thank you for the advise
