Will tires with 235 section width fit on a 2004 Eclipse GT?

I am going to buy 20 inch wheels, I have read that they work fine with 225/35/20, but will it work with 235/35/20?

Hi! I would go to a reputable tire shop, or shop Tire Rack and talk to them. You don't want the tires rubbing the wheel wells over bumps or while turning the wheel lock to lock. Also remember, this car wasn't really designed for 20" inch wheels, at least visually. Try the Tire Rack or another online tire and wheel place, and you can actually see what the car looks like with the wheels and tires. I think it even turns the example car can be made to match you cars color pretty closely. Let me know if you have any luck! Good luck!
