05 lancer idling weird

Asked by Amy Aug 04, 2016 at 01:51 PM about the 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer ES

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just got the car a week ago and when
we traded vehicles and signed titles
over we started to leave and it wouldnt
crank. Found out the ground wite was
loose. We havent really fixed it yet...
but when i put the car in park with the
air full blast it acts or sometines really
dies... but doesnt really do it when the
air is on. Also the hood rattles too.
What could be the reason it dies?

Have it read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. write them down.
