Why is 2019 Toyota Humming hours after turned off?

Last night we heard a humming sound in the garage. Upon further
investigation, it was m 2019 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Started it and it
stopped. Turned it off, and it was gone. Anybody have an answer?

I was told by the dealer that this is a normal sound. It is some sort of fuel system canister being purged. Turning on the ignition terminate the purge cycle.
