Jeep Overheating

My 1983 Jeep CJ7 is overheating and the top radiator hose has no pressure
and is cold.  It overheats within 5 minutes of starting it up.

coolant thermostat ? Is the exhaust white ? Is there goop under the oil fill cap ? Is the head gasket blown ?
