When I drive through small, and I repeat, SMALL puddles, my power sterring goes out for just a few seconds. This is a new problem.

We are having the same problem. I had the power steering belt just checked AGAIN and it is still tight. This is not a consistent problem either. It is a coin toss. Sometimes it works when wet and sometimes it doesn't.
