Car won't start.

Asked by rozy Jun 20, 2012 at 05:08 AM about the 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had to get my car jumped today.  When I tried to start it after getting home, I tried to start it again and it wouldn't
turn over.  So, I went and got a new battery.  Once we installed it (hopefully correctly), there was no power
whatsoever.  At least before the new battery, there was a little juice.  Any idea what the problem is?

your battery terminals must be getting old check them for corrosion and also check the wire connected to it

Check voltage of the new battery, I have gotten bad batterys from parts stores in the past that had the same voltage as a rock or a cup of soup.
