Help parking lights not shutting off

I have 2003  mini cooper s yesterday sunroof was
clogged and water was everywhere.. now when i
turn off car and key is out parking lights stay on.. i
have tried resetting battery.. now im pulling 2 fuses
under hoid so i dont drain battety

you say the water was "everywhere" was it on the dashboard?- I think you see the connection between the event and the symptoms- that's a good start- you unclogged the sunroof? you figured out to pull the fuses- you must be pretty handy- but it will take a mechanic with a test light to figure out where the short is- maybe just the light switch- if you are lucky-
