Big job. You'll of course need to evacuate the Freon first. Put the car on ramps or jack stands. Get the coolant reservoir out of the way. you'll need to unbolt the compressor and the AC manifold before you can get the compressor out. It's a 1 to 1.5 hour job with a hoist and air tools but on the ground with hand tools? It's going to take a while. Not impossible though. A manual from a parts store will be a big help.

I don't want to take the united out I just want to stop the air condition running when the defrost is in use. My air condition united keep running when I defrost and I to disconnect my air
