What can I do to stop my doors from randomly locking and unlocking

It's in your personal settings. Currently, you're set to open/close at a certain speed. You can cancel that in that menu option..... Read the owners manual. You got one for a reason.

If you mean that the door locks will for no reason just to start locking then unlocking then there could be a couple of things, door lock circuit wiring intermittent short, door lock relays getting weak and need replaced, bad master switch.
