Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was changing the bulb for the driver side visor and the
lights went out now nothing works . It ran perfect b4 that
and the car was not on when this happened any advice

Thx it ended up bn the memory fuse that controls all electrical from getting to the battery

    We replaced the starter on the car. Now it won't do anything as far as trying to start it. All the lights come on in dash and all interior lights come on but car doesn't even try to turn over
