Could someone tells me about 2000 model Mercury sable will be suddenly to
stop, and lost power?

It could be a hundred different things. Is the Check engine light on? Maybe a vacuum leak? Take a trip over to an auto part store and have them scan for the 4 digit trouble codes. Post them back here for more help.
