What grade gas should I out in my car?

I just bought a 2001 Mercury Sable LS Wagon with a V6 engine. This is my first
car and so I am not sure what gas to put in it. My sister drives a 2007 Lexus
RX350 which also has a V6 engine and she puts in 93 or premium gas. Do I
have to put in premium/93 gas as well? If not then what gas should I put in?
