air conditioner

Asked by GuruHG1LS Aug 15, 2019 at 09:38 PM about the 2019 Subaru Ascent Premium 7-Passenger AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We purchased a new Subaru Ascent a few months ago.  The weather lately has
been  unusually warm.  The problem has been that the the air conditioner has
become less and less efficient.  We tried all of the tips in the manual and
nothing seems to help.

Use the AC on recirculate. The AC can only do so much. If that still is not enough have your dealer check the refrigerant charge.
