is the calculation option "Mileage" on your site referring to Miles or Kilometers?

If you want your engine to perform at its peak do not use anything less than premium or 91 octane. I would not put regular octane gasoline into a QX56. I own a 2011 QX56 and Premium gasoline is the only type of fuel I will use. Of course you can put any type of gasoline you like into your vehicle but I would not recommend it. Your choice.

I think the writer has a diesel vehicle; not a gasoline version so your advice does not apply.
