Do rust-free used cars command a premium in the Salt-Belt?

Asked by Feb 01, 2017 at 11:48 PM about the 2002 Mercury Sable LS

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I live in Arizona and have a Sable without rust. It's got 130K miles and I'm thinking of making a change.   Would it be worth the effort to try to sell it say in PA or NY because it, unlike many cars of its age back there, it is rust free?

If it is in MINT condition, possibly, otherwise it's just another used car

Look at it the other way. What do rust buckets fetch? Not much.
