I have little power when my 2002 sable is going up a hill

car sat for 2 years with no driving. I have had starter,plugs, and battery and
fuel filter replaced

Allot of time the fuel pump may work OK on a flat surface but as soon as you put a load on it it will start to fail and the pump was sitting in old fuel for two years. Check to see what the pressure is at the rails
