My engine light is not on but dash message
pops up sometimes saying low oil pressure

The only way to know for sure what is going on is to check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge. It just may be the oil sending unit.

I got the code P0193 fuel rail sensor, about $40 should be replaced

Some vehicles because of certain conditions will send a warning threw the oil pressure sending unit.
