notary service for bill of sale

Maryland requires a notary for the bill of sale of the model year of my car for
sale.  is this a service provided by CarGuru/affiliates?  If so how do I proceed?

CG's only runs ads for people and dealers. Look up Notaries in your yellow pages. You might also check with AAA in case they provide this service.

This is almost certainly on you. Your local bank where you have an account likely has a notary.
