How do I get a range of legitimate values to fight with the insurance company
on diminished value for my vehicle?

I got in a wreck a few months ago ( rear end). I showed the insurance company all of my garage receipts of the work that I have put into my VW. They actually haggled against their own estimate of $3500 and went up to $42. It was a bit of work though trying to remember all of the garage that I've been to. Good luck
