I want to know, which shift silnoid, cause it to
hesitate from take off to second. Then we also
have to release the gas a lil bit and then it take off
and be ready to ride

That sounds like you have a broken or worn engine or transmission mounts by that description. When you accelerate, the front of the engine rises off the mount , changing the angle of the driveline, not allowing the transmission to shift properly until you release the gas pedal and the engine falls back down on the mount.
