window washer fluid

fluid ran out of window washer, i stopped at station and filled it up and now it wont work

If you can hear the pump run, then you either have a blocked line or the pump needs to be primed. I suspect that the priming is the problem, so try adding some water to the line and running the pump again. To add the water, pull one end of the hose free and put it in a water jug and then go to the other end and suck the water to you. When the water comes through, plug the hose end with your finger and then attach it to its fitting. Then do the same thing at the other end.
