2018 Nissan Rogue Carplay issues

Asked by GuruB984N Dec 05, 2018 at 08:12 AM about the 2018 Nissan Rogue SV AWD

Question type: General

My 2018 Rogue will randomly disconnect from Carplay and then not connect
again.  Last time this happened I updated the software on my phone and that
fixed it, but this time, there is no software update.  It doesn't even charge the
phone when it's plugged in... Anyone have a fix?

My boyfriend’s car had this problem. Try restarting your car’s infotainment system. For the Nissan Rogue 2018, hold down the power button/volume button for 20 seconds. You’ll see your screen go blank and then the Nissan logo. After it’s fully loaded back up you can connect your phone and Apple CarPlay should load up.
