How to change km to miles.

On 2018 CRV you hit the I button next to the radio station and loudness circular control on the left side of the steering wheel. You keep pressing the button until a mph>km symbol shows up on the speedometer display. Hit enter and then on the circular station control on the steering wheel to whichever you want, km or mph. It will change the speedometer display

That DII button, the one on the left side of the steering wheel, doesn't exist on my Honda CRV. But there's a knob - physical knob on the left side of the display. Looks just like trip knob, but it's specifically for changing the distance units. All the online videos I found had that DII button. Apparently the basic 2018 CRV didn't.
