Why does my shifter service light keep coming on even after they get it a update

Same thing with minds I have a 2018 Jeep
Cherokee and I got it with only 16 miles on it
and my shifter service light keep coming on
even after I took it back to the Jeep dealer
service shop 3x this is crazy. Any ideas on
how to handle this issue?

My question is it safe to drive im in Florida heading back to ohio tomorrow have 3 kids in the car!

This happened to me, I just turned off my engine and turned it back on and the device shifter had done away and the lights turned off.
