Why won't my engine turn over?

I have a 1999 Mazda 626 that won't
turn over no matter how much work I
put into it. I was told there was
damge to my head gasket from
running hot so I took it to an engineer
but he said there was no water
damge it just need to "shaved"
because it ran hot for so long. So I
proceede to put in new spark plugs
and wires, nothing happened. Then I
got a new timing belt, alternator belt
and I think it's a steering belt; it was
three belts in total and it did the
same thing. And I also brought at
new fuel pump and nothing. The car
start and putters but won't turn over,
anyone have any ideas as to what
the problem may be? I appreciate the
help!!

Sound,s like when you ran it hot,you warped a few valve,sin the head,but may be Bmark is right to,have seen cars, run hot and strech the timing belt,and jump a few knoche,s out.

Ok so you guys were right it was because of the timing alignment. So when we plugged the battery and the alarm went off and wouldn't stop. I don't have the original keys but I do have a key that was made at the Mazda dealership and I tried the whole unlock-lock door trick and it didn't stop the alarm. There was an aftermarket alarm on but we took that out, so now how do I get the factory alarm off? Right now I just have the battery unplugged.
