Why is my A/C warming during idling

If I idle for 10 to 20 min my ac starts blowing warm air if I move it will go cool
but if I stop in 5 min it’s back to warm air why

The AC cooling fan may not be running. When your moving there is more air flow over condenser so it's better able to cool refrigerant, but at idle it loses that air flow. (the condenser sits in front of the radiator.) So check your cooling fans operation. (There's usually one fan that's always on when the AC is on.)
