Question type: Maintenance & Repair

This vehicle at first didn't want to turn off, so we tried
pulling the fuel pump relay out so it could stop and it
didn't my step son said filled it with some gas and now it
doesn't crank u don't even hear the fuel pump whirring
when u turn the key, just nothing. I tried to test the starter
by shorting the starter terminal to see if it would turn,
nothing happen the battery was charge at the time. HELP!
