2008 Ford Mustang GT electrical issues

I have an 08 Mustang GT V8 and it has killed
my battery recently. I did a current draw test
with a new battery and when I pulled fuse
number 40 under the hood, the current
dropped from 1.6 amps to just .13 amps. I
am trying to figure out what fuse 40 does. A
diagram online says it’s Engine #2 but I don’t
understand what the hell that means or
what’s controlled by that fuse. Does anyone
know what that fuse does? What’s on that
circuit? I can’t find anything online to figure
out what it is or does.

It controls the cooling fan circuit and the mass air flow sensor I believe. I'm having troubles with the fuse 40 blowing and cannot find why.
