Can i replaced the OEM tires size 215/60/16 with 215/70/16 on the same OEM Rims?

I am replacing my worn tires and I am getting a good deal on a set of Michelin LTX 215/70/16 tires. I
just want to know if I will have the clearance to fit these tires.

they will fit on the rim but they will be a touch taller and will definitely throw off your speedometer. what type of car? does it have a deep wheel well?
