I have a honda cr 2018 and my oil is at 30% do i need to have my oil changes before driving

Check your owner's manual. After an oil change (or a new car) the "oil reminder" starts at 100% and slowly goes down based on the type and amount of driving you do. So 30% is okay but schedule your oil change with the dealer when you approach 10% in order to maintain warranty coverage with proper oil change intervals.
