my mazda tribute is blowing fuel pump fuse

Ah ... The only advice is a new pump is probably needed.. Even if the pressure regulator is defective ... it's still an integral part of the pump. Basic rule of liquids is they can't be compressed so the pump stalls if the regulator fails to shut it off
