I don't think you could push start it with a weak batt, you need something to fire it up , does it turn over ? (crank) , Is there a relay ?
You don't need much power for spark. I would test the battery and alternator.
My standard car won't start less I push jump my standard won't start when jumped.

When I turn on my turning signal, the light in either outside mirror flashes until it is safe to pass. However, the beep goes off only once. Shouldn't it continue to beep until it is safe to pass?
