A few days ago my screen went black while

Mine just did that twice in 2 weeks. I am taking it back to the dealer Thursday July 25,2019. Mine is a new 2018 only 3600 miles.

I have the same problem on my Jeep Cherokee 2019 and also wondering if it got fixed and how?

I have the same issue on my 2019 Grand Cherokee, I’m getting told they can’t get it to do it when in the shop so they can’t pin point the issue. Has anyone had this fixed? My screen is now not just shutting off but now the screen just goes blue
