Blind spot alert

Blind spot alert comes on intermitedly

My left one was going on and of at different times.Buick here in Punta Gorda said it was a reflection from something?They ordered a part .I came back it took 2hours and 15 min.Still not right..M car is always clean so no med in the rear sensor...

I just picked up my 2018 Encore last week and notice the driver side blind spot indicator does the same thing as yours, Did they ever fix it or is it just the way it is with these things? seems kind of useless to me, was reading that just about anything can trigger it including trees, signs, guard rails. So basically anything. Although when it comes on and stays on at times there doesn't seem to be anything around. I'm thinking it might just be better to turn them off at this point.
