Where is my blower motor resister located?

Typically next to the blower motor. The resistor is in the air stream but the connector is on the outside of the duct.

How do I get it out now that I've located it? It's partly in the housing of the duct work?

How do I get it out now that I've located it? It's partly in the housing of the duct work? Ive removed the screw but it is in the duct work partially n will not come out
