My 2000 Lincoln LS has battery, but won't start..

My 2000 Lincoln LS has battery, but won't start. When you put the Key in the Ignition everything comes on but it doesn't even click Like therre was a kill swtich or something.

try using key fob and engage alarm then disengage.. built in alarm has a mechanism that wont let it start.. may have to dealer check alarm to see if it needs reset
