Heat or ac don't work

Asked by Robo8888 Sep 14, 2014 at 11:36 AM about the 2000 Lincoln LS V6

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When ac is on in summer it blows cold. In winter heat blows cold. Fans work thermostat
is good. Water pump is good. Compressor is fine also. I found two black flaps under car
three weeks apart. Need help bad. Any answers?

The actuator door may be stuck,or motor bad,it is located on the blower box under dash.
