Sounds like the calipers are not releasing properly. If you had it done at a shop, call them back right away. It may be bad calipers or possibly they were not installed properly.

Could also be a bad master cylinder and/or the soft brake lines to calipars which may have started to come apart on the inside of the hoses. There is also distribution lines in some cases can become clogged too. I personally have had a master cylinder go bad in such a way that it would apply the brakes for me after I applied the brakes myself the first time, then it would hold that pressure and after the pads have warmed to the point of hot they would stick and lock my front wheels, the rear brakes may have had pressure too, just not as noticeable and did not lock up, and this also crystallized by pads on front which needed replaced. This only happened once and I fixed it, so in your case you may also need rotors if it has happened many times.
