Porsche rear entertainment system PRSE wireless Bluetooth headphones

I have a Porsche panamera with rear tvs. I connected the wireless Porsche
headphones but cannot hear sound. I get sound from the car speakers and the
screen but cannot get it transferred to the headphones.

Can anyone help
