Overheating?

I have a 2005 Lincoln LS it has about
144,000 miles. This problem recently started
and it only does it at stops, and the fans kick
on but car still overheats slowly rising. Any
thought?

Dirty radiator. Clean the coils with a hose and do a flush and coolant change. Change the hoses while you are at it.
