2003 lincoln overheating

Asked by Trevor May 13, 2017 at 12:05 AM about the 2003 Lincoln LS V8 Premium Sport

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2003 lincoln ls and it began overheating about a
month ago. I took it to the shop and after a couple days
they determined that my water pump had a leak and one
of my belts began to dry rot. I just got my car out of the
shop and after a smooth day on the road it began
overheating on day 2. I put some coolant in, and drove it
around for about 10min when it began to overheat again.
When I checked the coolant after turning the car off it was
almost all gone. So i'm taking it back to the shop to get a
proper diagnosis. I'll keep you guys posted.
