2006 Lincoln navigator 4 x 4 driver side locks up and or grinds when i put it in 4wheel drive had the acuator changed plus hubs is my differential bad only the driver side does this ,

hello when i put it a wheel drive it clicks and wheel jerks like something is
grabbing ,put it in 4high omg grabs can hear it load grind down locks up pop
and lets go (4x4)light flashes in the truck try to take it out of 4 wheel drive
have to back up put back in 2 wheel and it lets go , i had the actuators
change plus new hubs its only on the driver side that is bad did this before i
had everything change thats why i change it is my differential bad??? ,when
i drive in 2 wheel i get that humming noises

Check your vacuum lines at front hubs.they could be broke,disconnected,or clogged,
i think your wright found the top small line broken in two places tried to fix started to make worse noises a pop all went quiet no vibration no more noise , i can hear the wine noice really faint but it drive really really nice again thanks i havent put it in 4x4 or all wheel drive just got it home so i can give all the front line a 5 over thank you very very much ill keep you posted to see what happens next

Cjsras my 2000 lincoln navigator is stuck in 4 wheel low what do I do.
sounds like the 4 wheel actuator failed,Its located on the back of transfer case held on by 3 10mm bolts. unbolt it, pull it away, leave it plugged in, have someone operate the switch and see if actuator moves,if no movement replace actuator.
When I drive my 05 Lincoln navgigator it will drive fine for a couple min then it will make a loud click my 4 wheel drive kicks in and revs high but won’t accelerate.i have to shut Lincoln off and drive a couple more mins and same thing.windjng noise to
